ORDER This matter is before the Court on #16 Defendant's Motion to Restrict Public Access to #1 Defendant's Notice of Removal and Exhibits (the "Motion"). Through the Motion, Defendant requests that its notice of removal and all of the exhibits filed therewith be placed under Restriction Level 1, "due to Plaintiffs concerns over the inclusion of her settlement demand letter, which contains personal and confidential information." The Motion thus only offers justification for restricting the settlement demand letter [Dkt. No. 1-5] and the Notice of Removal [Dkt. No. 1], which includes substantive information from the demand letter. The other documents filed with Defendant's Notice of Removal do not contain information related to the demand letter and thus no justification is offered to have them restricted. Accordingly, the Motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The Clerk of Court is directed to place Dkt. Nos. 1 ad 1-5 under Restriction Level 1. SO ORDERED, by Magistrate Judge Scott T.
