Filing 6 MINUTE ORDERIn response to the Court's Order Directing Petitioner to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #3 ) entered in this action on September 4, 2020, Petitioner has submitted a Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (ECF No. #4 ) and a Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed on Appeal Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 and Fed. R. App. P. 24 (ECF No. #5 ). Both motions (ECF Nos. #4 , #5 ) are denied without prejudice. To proceed with this action, Petitioner must cure the deficiencies as ordered by the Court on or before November 9, 2020. Petitioner is reminded that the action will be dismissed without further notice if he fails to cure the deficiencies within the time allowed. Filing 3 ORDER DIRECTING PETITIONER TO CURE DEFICIENCIES. ORDERED that Petitioner cure the deficiencies designated above within thirty (30) days from the date of this order. Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28U.S.C. ' 1915 in a Habeas Corpus Action and an Application for a Writ of HabeasCorpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 (or 2254) with the assistance of a casemanager or the facility's legal assistant, along with the applicable instructions, at www.cod.uscourts.gov. If Petitioner fails to cure all of the designated deficiencies within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, the action will be dismissed without further notice. The dismissal shall be without prejudice. FURTHER ORDERED that In preparing the habeas application on a court approved form, Petitioner must comply with Rules 10.1(e) and (g) of the Local Rules of Practice for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado: Rule 10.1(e) requires all pleadings and documents to be double-spaced and 10.1(g) requires all handwritten pleadings and documents to be legible.
