ORDER DISMISSING CASE AND IMPOSITION OF FILING RESTRICTIONS that if Plaintiff desires to proceed pro se in this Court he must comply with the steps identified above in this Order. That this action is dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b) for failure to comply with a Court order and failure to prosecute. That Plaintiff is directed to refrain from filing new cases in this Court at this time, based on the findings above. ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: that Plaintiff show cause why the United States District Court for the District of Colorado should not dismiss this action and enjoin him from filing any action in this Court, in which he is the proponent of a claim, without representation of an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, unless he complies with the requirements set forth above. That Plaintiff shall file a Response to this Order to Show Cause within thirty days of the date of the Order. That if Plaintiff fails to respond within thirty days an order enjoining him from filing future pro se pleadings and dismissing this action shall be entered by the Court.
