ORDER On 2/08/2022, Defendants removed this case from the District Court, Denver County, Colorado to this federal court on the basis of purported diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332, 1441. On 2/09/2022, the Court issued #11 Order to Show Cause why this matter should not be remanded due to the Court's lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
