And the Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2255 (ECF No. #7 ) is denied as improperly filed in this civil rights action. Plaintiff will be given one more opportunity to cure the deficiencies in this action and must do so on or before May 8, 2024. To cure all deficiencies Plaintiff must file on the proper form a Prisoner Complaint and she must either pay filing and administrative fees totaling $405.00 or file on the proper form a Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915, along with a certified copy of her inmate trust fund account statement and a signed authorization to calculate and disburse filing fee payments. Plaintiff is reminded that the action will be dismissed without further notice if she fails to cure all the deficiencies within the time allowed.
