MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 4/7/2026. Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time With Request to Exceed Page Limit (ECF No. #8 ) is MOOT IN PART AND DENIED IN PART as follows. Plaintiff has already been granted a 30-day extension to file a Prisoner Complaint on the District of Colorado's form, making the new deadline to comply with the Court's order to cure April 30, 2026. See ECF No. 7 at 3. As for Plaintiff's request to exceed the page limit, the request is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as premature. The request appears to be prophylactic, as Plaintiff "anticipates" the need to file more than 30 pages and requests an additional 10 pages "if at all needed." See ECF No. 8 at 2 (emphasis in original). Moreover, the operative pleading submitted by Plaintiff on March 5 consists of only 10 pages. Nonetheless, Plaintiff may renew the request to exceed the page limit, if necessary. Plaintiff is reminded that if he does not file a Prisoner Complaint that complies with the Court's order to cure filing deficiencies within the time allowed, this action will be dismissed without further notice. For all non-e-filer pro se parties, a copy of this document has been sent via U.S. Mail to the mailing address of record. Text Only Entry. (bgrum, )
