June 3, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 7 MINUTE ORDER. The Court's order directing Petitioner to cure filing deficiencies, along with other mail, has been returned undeliverable, indicating that Petitioner's name and prisoner identification number do not match. (ECF Nos. #5 , #6 ). In his initial filings, Petitioner gave two prisoner identification numbers: 136427, which is incorrect, and 136424, which is correct. (Compare ECF No. #1 at 1 with ECF No. #1 at 8). The Clerk of Court is therefore directed to re-serve ECF Nos. #1 , #2 , 3 , and #4 , using Petitioner's correct Colorado Department of Corrections prisoner identification number: 136424. The Clerk of Court is also directed to update Petitioner's prisoner identification number to 136424 on the docket. Petitioner shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this Minute Order to comply with the order to cure (ECF No. #4 ). If Petitioner fails to comply within the time allowed, this action will be dismissed without further notice, by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 6/3/2026. (Copies mailed as directed.)
