Margolis's Recommended Ruling, granting plaintiff's 12 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings and denying defendant's 17 Motion for Order Affi rming the Decision of the Commissioner. The decision of the Commissioner, denying plaintiff disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income benefits, is reversed and the case is remanded for the purpose of calculating the benefits owed to plaintiff.
