Filing 68 ORDER GRANTING PARTIAL MOTION TO DISMISS (Doc. # 51 ). For the reasons set forth in the attached opinion, the partial motion to dismiss (Doc. # 51 ) is GRANTED as to the Fourth Amendment strip search claim, the Fourteenth Amendment due process claims , and the claims for injunctive relief stemming from the Fourth Amendment and Due Process claims. This action shall proceed solely as to the First Amendment retaliation claims for money damages against defendants Boyd, Wright, Vargas, Verdura, and Peracchio in their individual capacities. The Court's dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a motio n to re-open this action along with an amended complaint by February 7, 2019, in the event that Galarza is able to allege additional facts that would suffice to state plausible grounds for relief.
