Filing 6 MOTION for Reconsideration re 5 Order by Jose Arzuaga. (Oliver, T.) |
Filing 5 ORDER. In his application to proceed in forma pauperis, the plaintiff lists as a source of money "Social Security bank funds," and goes on to state "I dont [know] the exact amount of money." Because the amount of money available to the plaintiff from this source could affect his eligibility for in forma pauperis status, the Court directs the plaintiff to determine the amount of money available to him from this source and submit proof of that amount to the Court. Since the plaintiff represents that these are "bank funds," he shall obtain a statement from the relevant bank reflecting the amount of these funds and file that statement with the Court. No further action shall be taken in this case until the plaintiff files the required bank statement and the Court determines whether or not the plaintiff's application for in forma pauperis status should be granted. Signed by Judge Dominic J. Squatrito on 11/6/2018.(Ring, T.) |
