MEMORANDUM OF HEARING. If petitioner wishes to rely on a theory of stigma-plus in addition to the Accardi claim alleged in the petition and if petitioner wishes to identify any additional disadvantages such as sex offender treatment programming that she believes is material to her due process claim, she must file an amended petition for writ of habeas corpus on or before October 14, 2022. The Court requests that counsel further confer with a view toward deciding if it is possible for the BOP to reconsider whether it has relied on accurate information and applied the PSF criteria correctly. Counsel may wish to order a transcript of the hearing today for the BOP's consideration. The Court is prepared to grant a proposed order for disclosure of the presentence report.
