State of Washington et al v. United States Department of State et al Featured Case

A group of state attorneys general have sued the Trump administration asking the court to prohibit a Texas-based company from publishing online the 3D-printing blueprints for several guns. The plaintiff states are Washington, Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, and the District of Columbia. The lawsuit seeks declaratory and injunctive relief.
