PETER B. v. CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY et al
Plaintiff Peter B. sued Defendants Central Intelligence Agency, General Michael V. Hayden and Margaret Peggy Lyons. Plaintiff alleges that the CIA misclassified Plaintiff as an independent contractor instead of as a full staff employee, and failed to provide him with any due process or administrative rights before his termination. Plaintiff also contends that Defendants have impeded the transfer of his security clearances and implied derogatory information existed that would preclude the granting of a clearance.
