MINUTE ORDER. Plaintiff's counsel has advised the Court that Plaintiff Peter Knowland died on January 20, 2010. Plaintiff's counsel became aware of this fact on October 22, 2010, and shortly thereafter informed the Court that he was "attempting to locate information which would identify the representative of Mr. Knowland's estate... to substitute the Estate of Peter Knowland as the entity on whose behalf this claim is made." See 22 Pl.'s Mot. to Reconsider at 1, fn.1. In order to have standing, a legal representative of Plaintiff's estate must be substituted for Mr. Knowland to continue prosecuting this lawsuit. Plaintiff's counsel shall substitute a legal representative for Mr. Knowland by no later than April 15, 2011, or the Court will dismiss this suit for lack of jurisdiction. See Haase v.
