MEMORANDUM OPINION: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum Opinion, Plaintiffs' motion for partial summary judgment, Dkt. 36, will be denied, and Windsor-Mount Joy Mutual Insurance Company's motion for summary judgment, Dkt. 46, will be granted. The Court further concludes that it lacks personal jurisdiction over R.W. Home Services, Inc., and will transfer this case to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
