Filing 47 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Upon consideration of Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company's renewed motion to dismiss 33 , it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED that Cigna is DISMISSED as a defendant in th is action; and it is further ORDERED that Cigna's motion to rule on its renewed motion to dismiss 45 is DENIED as moot. In light of the parties' responses to the Court's order to show cause why this action should not be transferred t o the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia 37 , it is further ORDERED that this case be TRANSFERRED to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1631. Defe ndants are hereby ORDERED to show cause, on or before July 26, 2017, why this case should not be transferred to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia under either 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a) or 28 U.S.C. § 1631. Glo bal Dental Solutions LLC and Brad Abramson's motion to dismiss, 7 , and Buckhead Family Dentistry and Travis Paige's motion to dismiss, 11 , are hereby GRANTED, but the Court will hold its decision in abeyance pending a determination of whether to transfer this case.
