MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiffs have failed to respond to Defendant Nationstar Mortgage LLC's Motion to Dismiss, Dkt. 12 ; Defendant Standard Guaranty Insurance Company's Motion to Dismiss, Dkt. 11 ; and to this Court's orde rs that they do so. Plaintiffs have further failed to effect service on Defendant Perez. It is hereby ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 4(m) and 41(b), and Local Civil Rule 83.23. The motions to dismiss, Dkt. 12 ; Dkt. 11 , are hereby DENIED as moot. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate this case. See document for details. Signed by Judge Randolph D.
