September 13, 2021	Filing 52 MEMORANDUM ORDER AND OPINION: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum Order and Opinion, the Court hereby GRANTS in part and DENIES in part, without prejudice, the Department's motion for summary judgment. Specifically, the Court GR ANTS the Department's motion for summary judgment with respect to Document 11 but DENIES the Department's motion without prejudice with respect to the remaining documents. The Court further DENIES without prejudice Protect Democracy's cross-motion for summary judgment. The Court further ORDERS that the Department shall, on or before September 27, 2021, submit unredacted versions of Documents 2a, 2b, 4, 5, 6, 7, 15, 17a, 19, 20, 21, and 23 to the Court for ex parte, in ca mera review, as well as a supplemental declaration concerning Documents 5, 6, and 23.
