MINUTE ORDER dismissing the case without prejudice. On November 1, 2017, the Court ordered Ms. Steel to show cause why her case should not be dismissed for failure to serve by November 22, 2017. The Minute Order was mailed to Ms. Steel's address of record by first class mail, certified receipt on November 2, 2017. To date, Ms. Steel has not responded and the defendants have not been served. Therefore, Ms. Steel's case is dismissed without prejudice, as required by Federal Rule of Procedure 4(m).
