Filing 48 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum Opinion and Order, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendants' motion to dismiss, Dkt. 42 , is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. As to Count I, the motion is GRANTE D with respect to Plaintiff's Title VII retaliation claim insofar as it is based on her 2017 EEOC right-to-sue letter, but DENIED with respect to Plaintiff's Title VII retaliation claim insofar as it is based on her second EEOC right-to-sue letter. As to Count II, the motion is GRANTED, and that count is DISMISSED. As to Count III, the motion is DENIED. Finally, all claims against Defendant D.C.
