The Court is in receipt of the parties' #7 Joint Proposed Scheduling Order, in which the parties propose a schedule for briefing Plaintiffs' Motion for Attorneys' fees. The Court will adopt the parties' proposed briefing schedule. Plaintiffs shall file their Motion for Attorneys' Fees by no later than SEPTEMBER 21, 2018.
