MINUTE ORDER: The Court has received the #9 and #10 Joint Stipulations to Extend Time for Responsive Pleadings, which Plaintiff United States of America ex rel. Mahogany, Inc. separately entered into with Defendant Western Surety Company and Defendant Architectural Woodwork Industries, Inc., respectively. Their stipulations are insufficient and contrary to the rules of this Court. See Order Establishing Procedures for Cases Assigned to Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, ECF No. #4 , ¶ 7. Moreover, these parties have filed their stipulations on the deadline for Defendants' answers or other responses. "Motions for extensions of time must be filed at least four (4) business days prior to the first affected deadline." Id. ¶ 7(A). However, in the interest of obtaining Defendants' views of this action, the Court shall sua sponte GRANT the relief agreed to in the parties' stipulations, for good cause. Defendants must answer or otherwise respond to the #1 Complaint by OCTOBER 29, 2018. Any future extension request must abide by this Court's rules.
