At the September 25, 2018 hearing on plaintiffs' motion #11 for a preliminary injunction, plaintiffs' counsel acknowledged that: (1) Ms. Mejia presented no proof of legal guardianship when she and E.G.S. were apprehended at or near the border; and (2) counsel had not yet obtained proof of legal guardianship at the time of the hearing. In light of these representations, on or before November 5, 2018, plaintiffs are directed to file any documentation or other evidence confirming legal guardianship that may have been acquired since the hearing.
