MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of the parties' #11 Joint Status Report and their stated preference and intent to pursue resolution of this case through D.C.'s informal mediation process, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report on or before January 11, 2019 to advise the Court of the status of this matter. Based on the foregoing, the Court finds good cause to delay the issuance of a scheduling order in this matter.
