MINUTE ORDER granting #8 Joint Motion to Stay Proceedings. The parties request a stay in the instant case because of its legal and factual similarity to a case currently before the D.C. Circuit, DCH Reg'l Med. Ctr. v. Azar, Case No. 17-5203. The Court finds that, for the reasons set forth in the parties' joint motion, a stay of this case pending the outcome of the D.C. Circuit case is warranted. See Hulley Enterprises Ltd. v. Russian Fed'n, 211 F. Supp. 3d 269, 276 (D.D.C. 2016). Therefore, the parties' #8 Joint Motion to Stay Proceedings is hereby GRANTED and this case is STAYED until further order of the Court. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report within 14 days of the final decision in DCH Reg'l Med. Ctr. v. Azar, Case No. 17-5203. Signed by Judge Timothy J.
