MINUTE ORDER. The Court previously entered an order requiring the defendants to respond and scheduling a hearing on the plaintiff's #4 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. However, the summons in this case have not yet been returned as executed, and the defendants have not yet entered an appearance. Further, Local Rule 65.1 requires that the opposition to an application for preliminary injunction "shall be served and filed within seven days after service of the application for preliminary injunction." See LCvR 65.1(a). It is therefore ORDERED that the Court's November 8, 2018 minute order is VACATED and the November 28, 2018 hearing is CONTINUED. Once the date of service of the application for preliminary injunction is confirmed, the Court will enter a revised order clarifying the deadline for the defendants' opposition and scheduling a hearing in accordance with Local Rule 65.1.
