However, the summons in this case have not yet been returned as executed, and the defendants have not yet entered an appearance. Further, Local Rule 65.1 requires that the opposition to an application for preliminary injunction "shall be served and filed within seven days after service of the application for preliminary injunction." See LCvR 65.1(a). It is therefore ORDERED that the Court's November 8, 2018 minute order is VACATED and the November 28, 2018 hearing is CONTINUED.
