MINUTE ORDER: Now that the Government has been served, Plaintiff must comply with LCvR 7(m) when filing non-dispositive motions. Since it has not, the Court ORDERS that its #15 Motion to File Under Seal is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Any future motion should also contain more than one sentence as a justification for sealing given the presumption that filings will be public.
