MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of Defendant First Premier Bank's consent motion to consolidate #6 , it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. Defendant represents that "both 1:19-cv-00082 and 1:19-cv-00057 pertain to the same cause of action;" the separate cases arose because two different defendants removed the same case from D.C. Superior Court. Dkt. 6 at 1. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that this case (Magruder v. Navy Federal Financial Group, LLC et al., No. 19-cv-82) shall be consolidated with Case No. 19-cv-57, Magruder v. Navy Federal Fin. Group, LLC, et al. See Fed. R. Civ. P 42(a); Local Civ. R. 40.5(a)(3). It is further ORDERED that Case No. 19-cv-57 shall be designated as the lead case and that the Clerk of the Court shall close this case.
