TEXT ORDER: On November 18, 2014, Plaintiffs filed a Letter Request seeking an adjournment of the Rule 16 Initial Conference in this matter because service of process upon the Defendants has not yet been completed. Dkt. No. #6 . Pursuant to N.D.N.Y.L.R 4.1(b), service of process upon all Defendants shall be within sixty (60) days of the filing of the Complaint but not after the time specified in FRCP 4. The request to adjourn the conference is GRANTED and Plaintiffs shall complete service no later than January 5, 2015. The Rule 16 Initial Conference is rescheduled to February 19, 2015 at 9:30 AM before the undersigned and will be conducted by TELEPHONE. The Court will issue Dial-In instructions for the call at a later date. A proposed Civil Case Management Plan must be filed by February 12, 2015. Mandatory Disclosures are to be exchanged by the parties on or before February 12, 2015.
