MINUTE ORDER: In light of the parties' joint stipulation of dismissal #17 , it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant's consent motion for extension of time to answer Plaintiff's complaint #16 , is DENIED as moot. It is further ORDERED that this action is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Each party shall bear its own attorney's fees and costs. The Court will retain jurisdiction over this case for the sole purpose of enforcing the terms of the parties' March 22, 2019 settlement agreement.
