MINUTE ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendants' #5 Consent Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Complaint. Defendants' Response to Plaintiff's Complaint is currently due May 28, 2019. Plaintiff's Complaint requests a mandamus compelling Defendants to adjudicate Plaintiff's spouse's visa application. The United States Department of State adjudicated that visa application and issued the visa on May 9, 2019. Defendants believe that this case is now moot. Defendants request a 30-day extension to allow the parties to confer and either stipulate to dismissal or permit Defendants to prepare a dispositive motion of the grounds of mootness. Defendants' Motion is GRANTED nunc pro tunc to May 28, 2019. If a stipulation of dismissal has not been filed, Defendants' Response to Plaintiff's Complaint is due JUNE 27, 2019.
