MINUTE ORDER: Two Plaintiffs filed this action alleging that they have been harmed by the Violence Against Women Act and asserting that the statute is unconstitutional. Two individual non-parties have subsequently submitted to the court identical "Personal 'Me Too' Statement[s]" making similar allegations. Because these statements are formatting like legal filings, it appears that the non-parties seek to have the statements filed as a part of the record in this case. While non-parties have a right to express their opinions to the court, they do not have the right to file documents in this case. Accordingly, going forward, Leave to File is hereby DENIED with respect to any additional statements of this nature.
