MINUTE ORDER. In view of the parties' #8 Meet and Confer Statement, the Court finds that an initial scheduling conference is not necessary. The parties shall adhere to the following discovery schedule: (1) initial disclosures pursuant to Rule 26(a)(1) shall be made by no later than October 23, 2019; (2) any amendments to the pleadings, including joining additional parties, shall be made by no later than November 13, 2019; (3) Plaintiff's Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures shall be filed by no later than May 4, 2020; (4) Defendant's Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures shall be filed by no later than June 5, 2020; and (5) Plaintiff's rebuttal expert disclosures shall be filed by no later than June 19, 2020. All discovery shall close by no later than July 31, 2020, on which date the parties shall file a joint status report advising the Court whether (a) the parties request referral for mediation or settlement, or (b) dispositive motions are anticipated. The parties shall be limited to no more than ten (10) depositions, twenty-five (25) interrogatories, thirty (30) requests for production, and thirty (30) requests for admission per side. The parties shall file the stipulated protective order pursuant to Rule 26(c) by no later than October 18, 2019. The Court declines to set a pretrial conference date or a trial date at this time.
