MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of Plaintiffs' ex parte motion for waiver of this Court's Local Rules 5.1(c)(1) and 11.1, Dkt. #2 , it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. The requirement that Plaintiffs' first filing have the "full residence address" of each plaintiff is hereby WAIVED.
