Defendant's cross-motion for summary judgment, which must be supported by a single memorandum of points & authorities, will be due on February 10, 2020. Plaintiffs' reply / cross-opposition, also supported by a single memorandum, will be due February 21, 2020. And the defendant's cross-reply must be filed by February 28, 2020. The parties may dispense with the requirement of a statement of material facts not in dispute, and are advised that the replies need not, and should not, repeat arguments already set forth in the initial briefs.
