MINUTE ORDER granting #9 Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Complaint. In light of the fact that Plaintiff had a right under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(1)(B) to amend her complaint within 21 days of service of Defendant's motion to dismiss and #11 Defendant's concession that it does not object to Plaintiff's right to amend her Complaint as a matter of course, it is hereby ORDERED that #9 Plaintiff's motion for leave to amend her complaint is hereby GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that [9-1] Amended Complaint shall be deemed the operative complaint. It is further ORDERED that #8 Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Her Complaint is TERMINATED as entered in error. It is further ORDERED that #7 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is DENIED AS MOOT.
