ORDER. For the reasons stated in the attached Order, it is hereby ORDERED that the Defendants' #4 Motion for Temporary Protective Order and #6 Emergency Motion to Stop an Illegal Eviction are DENIED as moot. It is further ORDERED that by no later than March 6, 2020, the Defendants shall respond to Plaintiff Bank of America's #13 Motion to Remand to Superior Court. It is further ORDERED that by no later than March 6, 2020, the Defendants shall SHOW CAUSE why the claims by Plaintiff Uptown Development, LLC should not be remanded to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for untimely removal and lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
