MINUTE ORDER. Plaintiff has filed two separate lawsuits against two separate sets of Defendants. Cf. Adams v. United States National Security Agency, 20-cv-00479 (TNM). Now pending before the Court is Plaintiff's #6 Motion to Consolidate Cases. Upon consideration of the filings in both cases, Plaintiff's brief, and the relevant law, the Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to establish good cause to consolidate the two cases. It is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's #6 Motion to Consolidate is DENIED without prejudice. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff may amend his pleading by filing an Amended Complaint in compliance with applicable rules. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 15 ("A party may amend its pleading once as a matter of course within: (A) 21 days after serving it, or (B) if the pleading is one to which a responsive pleading is required, 21 days after service of a responsive pleading or 21 days after service of a motion under Rule 12(b), (e), or (f), whichever is earlier.").
