MINUTE ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's #12 Motion to Seal, Defendant's #13 Response, and Plaintiff's #14 Reply. Having considered the parties' arguments, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's #12 Motion to seal contingent on Plaintiff filing redacted copies of the exhibits on the record by no later than APRIL 1, 2020. In its Response, Defendant argued that the exhibits that Plaintiff requests to file under seal should not be considered on a Motion to Dismiss. In granting the Motion to Seal, the Court makes no determination as to whether or not it will consider the exhibits in deciding Defendant's Motion to Dismiss.
