MINUTE ORDER: In light of #10 Plaintiff's response to the Court's Order to Show Cause, the Court's show cause order is hereby discharged. Plaintiff's motion for an extension to file an opposition to Defendants' #9 Motion to Dismiss is hereby GRANTED nunc pro tunc. Plaintiff's opposition shall be filed on or before April 27, 2020. Defendants' reply shall be due 7 days from receipt of service of Plaintiff's opposition.The Court invites Plaintiff to move for an ECF password to avoid docketing and mailing delays due to the Court's emergency operations. See LCvR 5.4(b)(2) ("To obtain leave of Court, the pro se party must file a written motion entitled 'Motion for CM/ECF User Name and Password,' describing the party's access to the internet, confirming the capacity to file documents and receive filings electronically on a regular basis, and certifying that he or she either has successfully completed the entire Clerk's Office on-line tutorial or has been permitted to file electronically in other federal courts.").
