MINUTE ORDER granting #13 Motion to Intervene. Under Rule 24(a), a party seeking to intervene as a matter of right must establish "(1) the application to intervene must be timely; (2) the applicant must demonstrate a legally protected interest in the action; (3) the action must threaten to impair that interest; and (4) no party to the action can be an adequate representative of the applicant's interests." Karsner v. Lothian, 532 F.3d 876, 885 (D.C. Cir. 2008) (internal quotation marks omitted). The Court finds that Transportation Management Services, Inc. ("TMS") has satisfied all four requirements to intervene as a matter of right. It is hereby ORDERED that TMS's motion to intervene is GRANTED. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the caption in this case is amended to reflect the same. It is FURTHER ORDERED that if TMS wishes to file an opposition to #3 Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction, it shall do so on or before June 8, 2020. It is FURTHER ORDERED that TMS's response to Plaintiff's Complaint shall be due on the same date as Defendant Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority's response. SO ORDERED.
