Plaintiff's motion #5 for reconsideration of #4 the Order denying him in forma pauperis status and dismissing this case without prejudice, and for recusal of the judge who signed the order, is DENIED. Plaintiff has presented no grounds for reconsideration of his ineligibility under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g), see Firestone v. Firestone, 76 F.3d 1205, 1208 (D.C.
