Therefore, even though Defendants represent that the Relators have agreed to the new proposed deadline for filing Motions to Dismiss, an order by the court is premature. Additionally, prior to imposing any deadlines, the court will require a joint status report from the parties. By 9/3/2020 all parties who have entered an appearance shall file a joint status report not exceeding ten pages setting forth: 1) the nature of this case; 2) the relevant history of this case prior to the transfer; 3) how this case differs from O'CONNOR v.
