Filing 9 AMENDED ORDER: This order amends the Court's order of October 13, 2020, Dkt. #8 , with respect to the proper relief. Upon consideration of Plaintiffs' motion to proceed anonymously, Dkt. 6 , it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. The Court further orders as follows: (1) the parties shall refer to the parents using only their initials in all filings, pleadings, and the administrative record; (2) the parties shall redact the parents' address from all filings; (3) the Clerk of the Court shall place under seal docket entries one through six; (4) Plaintiffs shall, on or before October 21, 2020, refile docket entries one, three, and six, with the refiled documents redacted in accordance with this order; and (5) the Clerk of the Court will amend the case caption to remove the parents' names and replace them with initials.
