MINUTE ORDER granting, over objection, #9 MOTION for Extension of Time to File Answer. While Plaintiff is correct that most of Defendant's reasons for the extension are "common issues encountered in many FOIA cases", ECF No. 10 at 2, the national pandemic has only exasperated those issues and caused others, such as the in ability to "onboard new attorneys" to assist with the cases, ECF No. 9 at 3. Defendant shall answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs first Amended Complaint by no later than January 25, 2021. Further requests for extension will be viewed with disfavor.
