MINUTE ORDER. The Petitioner's #8 Notice of Change of Address informs the Court that Petitioner's address changed on December 11. Accordingly, a copy of the Court's 12/15/2020 Minute Order will be sent to the Petitioner's new address of record. Due to the change of address, the Court will also extend the deadline by which the Petitioner must reply to the Government's #6 Response to Order to Show Cause. Petitioner shall file a reply to the government's opposition on or before January 15, 2021. As stated in this Court's prior 12/15/2020 Minute Order, Petitioner, appearing pro se, is notified that "[t]he allegations of... an answer to an order to show cause in a habeas corpus proceeding, if not traversed, shall be accepted as true except to the extent that the judge finds from the evidence that they are not true." 28 U.S.C. 2248.
