MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of the convenience of the parties and witnesses in this action and defendants' #5 Consent Motion to Transfer and Extend, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. The Court finds that the interests of justice and the efficient use of judicial resources will be served by transferring this action to the Northern District of Texas, where plaintiffs' immigration application is pending. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. It is further ORDERED that defendants shall respond to the complaint no later than 21 days after this action is docketed in the transferee district. SO ORDERED. Signed by Judge Richard J.
