MINUTE ORDER (paperless) ISSUING, upon consideration of the parties' #14 Joint Meet and Confer Report, the following SCHEDULING ORDER to control the timing of proceedings in this matter: 1) by May 21, 2021, the parties shall exchange initial disclosures pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(1); 2) by July 30, 2021, the parties shall file any amended pleadings and join any additional parties; 3) on December 20, 2021, fact discovery shall be completed, and the limits on depositions and interrogatories shall be those set by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; 4) by January 19, 2022, expert disclosures required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2) shall be served; 5) by March 4, 2022, any rebuttal expert disclosures required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2) shall be served; 6) by March 24, 2022, any reply reports shall be served; 7) on April 19, 2022, expert discovery shall close, and the parties shall file a joint status report advising the Court whether (a) the parties request referral for mediation or settlement, (b) the parties request a date for a pretrial conference, or (c) dispositive motions are anticipated; and 8) by May 19, 2022, the parties shall file any dispositive motions.
