MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of Plaintiff's motion seeking to add Hon. Paul W. Grimm as a Defendant in this case, Dkt. #5 , it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is DENIED. Although Plaintiff may amend his complaint once as a matter of course, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1), he may not add Judge Grimm as a defendant because Judge Grimm is entitled to absolute judicial immunity. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff shall serve his complaint on the other Defendants within ninety days of when the complaint was filed, as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). If plaintiff fails to do so and does not show good cause for that failure within the allotted time, the Court will dismiss the action without prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m).
