MINUTE ORDER. The Court has been made aware of a potential discovery dispute through two emails to Chambers. In summary, the defendant alleges various deficiencies in the plaintiff's responses and document production, while the plaintiff alleges that she has unsuccessfully sought to meet and confer in a good faith attempt to resolve disagreements. At this time, the Court sees no basis to intervene as it appears that the plaintiff and defendant have failed to confer in good faith in an attempt to resolve this dispute informally, as required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(c), Local Rule 7(m), and the Courts standard order, Dkt. 6. The Court encourages the parties to work cooperatively to resolve or at least narrow these discovery-related disputes and, if they are still unable to do so, to follow the procedure set forth in the Court's Minute Order of April 28, 2022. So Ordered by Judge Dabney L. Friedrich on October 19, 2022. (lcdlf1) |
